Reservation Policy: 

Guests who are booking room using credit cards other than their own are requested to carry a copy of their credit card duly signed by the credit card owner. This is required in order to protect the possible abuse of credit cards.  

Hotel requires booking re-confirmation at least 2 days in advance. 
Bookings at our properties require atleast 1-night deposit.
 
Incase the booking person is not the Guest, then the identity proof of the booking person has to be produced at the time of checkin.   

No Show:  Please note that in case of no show the first nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
