Amendment or Cancellation: If you cancel any individual night of your reservation or booking, then the deposit for the booking will not be refunded or transferred.  

Cancellation Policy

All reservation must be guaranteed with credit card, all reservation maybe cancelled without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is done within last 7 days from the date of arrival, the credit card will be debited for the rate of one night for each room reserved. Payment is requested at check-in, after check-in no refund for early departure is due. IMPORTANT: This reservation confirmation cannot be used for visa or Consular purposes.In this case the full amount due for stay will be charged.

Children stay free up to 7 years, Extra bed is provided. From 7 years up children are charged the same rates as adults. Cancellations must be processed via the same system used to make the booking. Only email and fax are accepted for cancellations. Only Verbal information is not valid for any cancellations.  

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Refund Policy

In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges. 

In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
